This particular gin is a product of the first gin distillery in Scotland. Particularly because it was produced with twice the juniper used for the traditional version. Furthermore, as botanicals used together with juniper we find Sichuan pepper, orange and lemon peels. 

An explosive structure as we can also understand from the name, in fact "Cannonball" literally means cannonball. 

TASTE: Predominantly spicy and citrus.
