Whisky Glendalough 17 Year Old Irish Whiskey
700ml BOTTLE
This Single Malt produced in Ireland by Glendalough has been aged for 17 years; after spending the first 15 years in first-fill ex Bourbon casks it is placed in the rare Japanese oak cask, Mizunara, for a further two years, which brings a viscous character and a luxurious and creamy sensation to this whiskey.
TASTE: Sweet with hints of fruit and spices; overall soft but very complex.
AGING: First-fill American ex Bourbon oak barrels and Japanese Mizunara oak barrels.
