Glenfiddich Grande Couronne 26 Year Old is one of whisky most sought after proposed by Glenfiddich, the legendary Scottish Speyside distillery known throughout the world for its 12 Years (which can really be found in every corner of the world) but well known among enthusiasts for limited editions of a well above average level .

With this Glenfiddich Grande Couronne 26 Year Old the distillery completes the triptych called Grand Series with a whisky aged for 26 years, first using European and American oak barrels and for the last two years barrels that previously contained Cognac, a sort of union between the two refined worlds of whisky and cognac. Furthermore, it was decided to maintain a higher alcohol content than the canonical 40% alcohol volume traditional for Glenfiddich, precisely to underline the exclusivity of the proposal. The whisky is presented in a luxury packaging with the bottle finished in gold and a hand-assembled case: a whisky to collect.

TASTE: Citrus and dried fruit, spices and incense, cocoa and coffee powder

AGING: American ex Bourbon oak barrels, ex Sherry European oak barrels and ex Cognac barrels.
