Single Malt Scotch Whisky produced in Glenrothes, in the Speyside region, where it was distilled in 2010; after 11 years of maturation in Hogshead refill casks and a finish in second-fill ex Sherry Oloroso casks, it is bottled by Wilson & Morgan at the natural alcohol content of 57.1% vol.
This expression is selected by Marina Del Puppo and is part of the "Private Cask" of Wilson & Morgan Barrel Selection; it is limited to a production of only 642 bottles.
TASTE: Dry, spicy with notes of Sherry and sweet notes of oranges and cereals. With the addition of water, the spicy character and sweetness will be attenuated. Spicy finish with a slightly sour note.
AGING: Hogshead refill barrel and ex Sherry Oloroso second refill barrels.
