Hart Brothers Craigellachie 19 Year Old
700ml BOTTLE
Hart Brothers Craigellachie 19 Year Old is a whisky of the recent past, wisely selected by Hart Brothers, an independent bottler based in Glasgow, Scotland and responsible for several hundred authentic labels of great qualitative value. Hart Brothers especially cares about lesser-known distilleries and often contacts their warehouses to put some on the market whisky quite rare. In this case Hart Brothers Craigellachie 19 Year Old was distilled at the Craigellachie distillery which, after an important global renovation, has greatly limited the possibility of purchasing its own barrels, preferring to bottle everything itself without intermediaries. The barrel in question belongs to the recent past and in fact it was bottled in 2016, after having spent 19 years in barrel since December 1997. 19 years is a rather long waiting period and today it is difficult to find whisky with this caliber and this age, having to face a market with ever-increasing demand and having to use up all available stocks.
