Whisky James Eadie Glendullan 9 Year Old
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 700ml
James Eadie Glendullan 9 Year Old is a bottle coming from a small selection of barrels (to be precise the numbers 308264, 310477 and 310480) personally chosen and joined by James Eadie, independent bottler who takes care of just this, that is to exalt some non distilleries. well known or show another face of a well-known distillery. In this case Glendullan is certainly not a prominent distillery, despite having a remarkable history: founded in 1898, it was closed for the period of the Second World War and slowly resumed production steadily, reaching the considerable figure of 5 million. liters per year, placing itself as medium size.
The beauty of these selections lies in the possibility of giving a voice to an often unknown distillery, with its own characteristics which unfortunately rarely emerge, being often whisky used to strengthen or give personality to a blended malt. The selection of a few casks gives an even more exclusive tone to the experience.
