Whisky Kilchoman Casado Limited Edition Release 2022


700ml BOTTLE

The Kilchoman Casado Limited Edition Release 2022 whisky is the Limited Edition of the Kilchoman company which is made with a decidedly very particular maturation. For a minimum of six years it ages in ex-Bourbon barrels and then moves it into ex-Portuguese red wine barrels for another two years. An intensely peaty taste but these former red wine vats give spicy aromas, particularly sweeter and softer than the harsh notes of the others whisky of Islay. A whisky therefore balanced and unique in its kind.

TASTE: sweet notes of marzipan, caramelized apples and spices, diffused smoky notes and lemon peels

AGING: ex-Bourbon barrels and ex-Portuguese red wine barrels
