Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled in 1994 on Islay, from Lagavulin, and aged for 26 years in European oak barrels ex Sherry Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso. This whisky belongs to the "Legends Untold" range of Diageo's Special Releases 2021 and was bottled at the natural alcohol content of the cask of 44.2% vol.
TASTE: Light and oily, with salty and pepper notes; a classic Lagavulin in a well rounded expression. In the long finish we still find the sweet but slightly smoky character.
AGING: First-fill barrels of European oak ex Sherry Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso.
