Linkwood 15 Year Old Sherry Oloroso Finish 30th Anniversary Wilson & Morgan is not a whisky like many others but it is a precise selection by Wilson & Morgan, historic independent Italian bottler who has decided to create a line of whisky extraordinary to celebrate the first thirty years of activity. This Linkwood is a whisky Scotch from the Speyside area with an important refinement and a final period of about 30 months in three barrels that previously contained first passage Oloroso sherry. This final period - the so-called finish - serves to give greater breadth to the whisky in question and it is also useful for understanding how a good independent bottler can create masterpieces even from distilleries considered – wrongly – of minor importance. A great whiskyof uncommon elegance.

TASTE: dry and spicy, of red fruit and cocoa, black pepper and acacia honey

AGING: in oak barrels and finish in Oloroso ex sherry barrels
