Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow is the third release for this series which focuses on attention to the environment, using packaging of 100% recycled origin, also giving space to an innovative recipe oriented towards food pairing, a challenge that The Macallan has picked up and is carrying on in recent years. This Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow also sees the collaboration with Stella McCartney, daughter of the legendary ex-Beatle Paul and fashion star: Stella wanted to pay homage to the Kintyre peninsula where her father Paul took refuge with the family during the period of maximum fame of The Beatles , to escape notoriety and to carve out a small corner of peace for himself and his family. This Macallan Harmony Amber Meadow requires aging in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry oak barrels.
