Bourbon and Rye by definition must be matured in UNBLENDED AMERICAN virgin oak barrels WHISKEY it is aged in barrels that have contained Bourbon to obtain a richer flavor profile. In late 2013, then Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re-release the UNBLENDED AMERICAN WHISKEY after an absence from the market of almost three years, deeming it "the best there has ever been".

TASTE: Notes of butterscotch and vanilla, hints of caramel and dried fruit; in the finish of ripe fruit.
