Royal Salute 21 Year Old The Lost Blend represents the highest peak of the various blends and blends that make up the entire line of Royal Salute, a leading brand when it comes to this kind of whisky, or products obtained with secret blends of whisky from various distilleries. Royal Salute belongs to the Chivas Brothers group and was created on 2 June 1953 as a tribute to the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and is traditionally aged for at least 21 years, as are 21 shots following the coronation of a new British king . Given the Queen's very long stay on the throne, we can only be sure that the blend was to her Majesty's liking, but in order not to lose the magical touch, Royal Salute has introduced a new blend called The Lost Blend because it is obtained with whisky sourced from closed distilleries, either whisky of malt it is whisky of wheat, making this particular blend even more unique.
