Appleton Estate 2003 Heart Collection is a full-fledged legendary rum, belonging to the Heart Collection, i.e. a handful of labels selected with extreme care by Luca Gargano - importer of Appleton Estate in Italy - and Joy Spence, i.e. the legendary Master Blender of the distillery. Combining two such talented and equally multifaceted personalities has given life to a collection of rums in small batches to make the most prepared palates dream, giving free rein to the couple's every desire and being able to count on a wealth of barrels to select from that has few rivals in the world. This Appleton Estate 2003 Heart Collection is a rum aged for over 18 years in a tropical climate, that is, from the year of distillation in 2003 until 2020, when the series was unveiled and put on the market. This rum was released in a limited series of five thousand bottles with a significant alcohol content of sixty degrees and was distilled in a Forsyth still.
