The Clément Rhum Select Barrel is Rhum Agricole from the Clément range. Created in Martinique from pure local sugar cane juice. The rich cane juice is fermented quickly after being extracted, in order not to lose its natural components. The distillation takes place in column stills and after the distillation it is placed in French oak barrels to age. The aging chosen for this agricultural rum is 3 years. 

A particular characteristic of these French oak barrels is their ability to give the distillate a sweet and intense aroma. An excellent rum to be tasted smooth and ideal as a pairing 

TASTE: A very soft taste where the notes that are perceived are like the olfactory ones, sweet and vanilla
