The Clément Rhum Vieux Single Cask Canne Bleue is a rum that is produced with a variety of Canne Bleue sugar cane. The term "Single Cask" means that the product comes from a single numbered cask, while the canne bleue is a very aromatic sugar cane with a limited production. The Clément Rhum Vieux Single Cask Canne Bleue is produced only from the purest juice of this precious sugar cane, perfectly falling into the category of Rhum Agricole. The Clément company produces Rhum Agricole with the AOC or the geographical denomination certified and regulated by the French overseas government in the northwest of Martinique.

This exceptional rum is aged slowly and expertly for 4 years and 5 months in small ex Bourbon oak barrels before being selected by the Master Blender. An authentic and elegant rum where unique aromas are formed thanks to aging that occurs at high temperatures such as those of the Caribbean.
