The second release of the new line of Elements Of Islay. Every single product is the result of the assembly of precious Single Malts from small batches of important Scottish distilleries. The provenance of the Single Malts is not stated, nor is age mentioned for this new range.

Elements Of Islay Bourbon Cask is aged in new and second passage oak barrels, American oak barrels and finally ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. In this way the classic smoky characteristic of the whisky of Islay while also maintaining a sweet, delicate, soft taste.

TASTE: Predominantly smoked, with notes of peat which then leave room for sweet notes of pastry, creamy and clearly softer in the finish

AGING: New and used oak barrels, American oak barrels and ex-Bourbon American oak barrels
