Elements Of Islay Peat Pure Islay is a high-level blend, designed to perfectly recreate the archetype of whisky of Islay, the island of Peat. The Elements of Islay project was born a few years ago when Sukhinder Singh – expert in whisky and owner of some important wineries in England – he decides to pay homage to the island of Islay by personally selecting and marketing with his own label some barrels from the distillery on the most peated island in the world.

After experimenting with several releases, Singh has seen fit to expand the offer by introducing this blended scotch whisky which combines different barrels from the Islay distillery: the goal seems to have been achieved because, in addition to the success that has involved each release of this whiskySingh has expanded the blend over the years, combining several dozen barrels and perfecting the recipe year after year. The goal is to reconstruct the spirit of the whisky of Islay, i.e. a whisky uncompromising, where Nature makes itself felt with the typical marine, maritime and above all peat notes, from Islay peat.

TASTE: Full, dense and intense, spice and saline notes, then smoky and citrus notes, lemon and cedar.

AGING: Oak barrels.
