Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #2 is the second edition for it whisky absolutely particular, born from a new and innovative distillery, starting already from the production site located in England, not one of the best known countries for distillation despite its geographical proximity to Scotland and Ireland.

Spirit of Yorkshire is the name of the facility where this whisky was born, a distillery born in May 2016 and the first ever to bring this production to Yorkshire. Much of the barley used for the production of whisky it comes directly from the farm/farmhouse of the property and for now the distillation has been ventured into small batches and different refinements to give the technicians and the public a chance to fully understand the potential of this distillery. In this case Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #2 is the second edition of this whisky aged in barrels that previously contained Spanish sherry, for a final result of about two thousand bottles produced: a real gem for enthusiasts and collectors!
