Whisky Glenrothes 11 Year Old Gordon & Macphail

Glenrothes aged 11 years and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for the Discovery range. The purple color of the packaging indicates that the whisky it was aged in ex Sherry casks.
TASTE: Creamy, black pepper, berries and warm spices. Hints of orange marmalade and toasted nuts emerge that leave room for sensations of roasted oak wood, in the persistent finish with hints of chocolate and orange.
AGING: Ex Sherry oak barrels.
Since 1895 Gordon & Macphail has been bottling Single malt whisky Scotch from numerous and selected distilleries in Scotland. These Whisky they are expertly matured using the most precious tool: 'experience' which, as with distillates, leads to a careful selection of barrels.
