The Bassano 24 Carat Gold grappa is also born from the Poli distillery in Schiavon. A barricaded grappa produced from the distillation of fresh pomace of grapes from the Veneto area, in particular the DOC Breganze grapes are taken into consideration. A grappa rich in content that has been awarded the gold medal of the International Wine and Spirit Competition. 

The distillation of these multiple marcs takes place in a continuous cycle and with steam and in a totally artisanal and handmade way. The freshly produced distillate is aged for 24 months in small French oak barrels, in the historic cellars of the distillery. During its refinement, the wood gives it the typical characteristics of aged grappa. In its aromatic kit, the classic toasted notes of licorice and coffee and intense aromas of vanilla and cocoa stand out.
