For the production of this grappa, we must first talk about the friendship born between the great master distiller Jacopo Poli and the Incisa della Rocchetta family. An experiment of distillation of pomace of the famous Tuscan red of Bolgheri distilled with copper alembic with steam boilers used only by the Poli distillery.

A Grappa that pays homage to the soul of a prestigious wine; Sassicaia wine. Thus was born a distillate with a structured, complex taste, which leaves aromas of wood, vanilla, cocoa, spices, coffee and licorice.

Grappa di Sassicaia Poli Jacopo Poli is splendid, like the territory from which the succulent pomace comes from, rich in history and aromas that bring to mind the long avenues typically flanked by Bolgheri cypresses.

TASTE: overall aromatic, dry, notes of toasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate.
