La Roccanivo belongs to the range of Berta Riserva grappas. It was the first reserve grappa to be born from the skilful skill and patience of Paolo Berta. In 1998 Paolo opened the first barrel after having taken care of it for about eight years. A revolutionary grappa, non-crystalline amber that smelled of venilla, wood.

To date, Roccanivo's production is still the same, the distilled pomace comes from Barbera grapes, obviously produced exclusively in Piedmont and is aged for eight years in different oak barrels.

Its aromatic endowment is rich, its character elegant and enveloping. The sweet aromas of pastry and fresh flowers are inevitable. Embellished with sweet aromas of pastry, it is rich and enveloping.

A perfect match is dark chocolate and hazelnuts.
