Villa Prato owes its name to "Villa Prato", a majestic villa in Mombaruzzo previously owned by the Prato family. Once put up for sale, Berta decided to buy it and restore it while keeping intact all the monumental history and the various historic frescoes inside the villa.

The Berta Distilleria produced the Villa Prato Invecchiata Berta starting from the distillation of the typical pomace of the Piedmont area, aged exclusively in the last two years in wood. Thus was born an assembly of aged grappas overall very aromatic. With its typical woody, bitter and herbaceous scents, it is therefore rich and enveloping. The aromatic endowment, which we can perceive on an olfactory level, can also be found in the taste. Fresh floral sensations but also of withered flowers. A soft, vanilla finish with hints of cocoa. Ideal to be enjoyed neat at the end of a meal.
