Whisky Koval Single Barrel Bourbon
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 500ml
Koval Bourbon is a whiskey American without age indication, produced in Chicago in small batches with a mash-bill composed of 51% corn and the remainder using millet, both organic cereals grown by local producers. Like tall whiskey produced by Koval Distillery are certified organic and "kosher" (pure according to Jewish law) and are matured in new 30-gallon charred American oak barrels. This whiskey it comes from a single cask and is bottled at an alcohol content of 47% vol without cold filtration.
TASTE: Notes of vanilla, dehydrated apricots and almonds, accompanied by spicy hints.
AGING: New charred American oak barrels.
