Koval Millet is a whiskey American without age indication, produced in Chicago in small batches with a mash-bill composed exclusively of millet, an organic cereal grown by local producers in the Midwest. Like all whiskey produced by Koval Distillery are certified organic and "kosher" (pure according to Jewish law) and are matured in new 30-gallon charred American oak barrels. This whiskey it comes from a single cask and is bottled at an alcohol content of 40% vol without cold filtration.
TASTE: Notes of walnut and vanilla, with a clean and defined finish.
