Larceny is the heir to the Wheat Bourbons that make up the historic Old Fitzgerald franchise acquired by Heaven Hill in 1999. Larceny Bourbon continues the Old Fitzgerald tradition of using wheat instead of rye as the third grain in the mashbill recipe. Larceny is a Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced in small batches of 200 or fewer barrels, which were sorted at Heaven Hill warehouses in Nelson County, Kentucky; it is obtained from barrels that have aged for about 6 years, and is bottled at 92 Proof (46% vol).

TASTE: Rich, with notes of butter caramel, honey; final lgreasy, delicately sweet and savory.

AGING: New charred American oak barrels.
