Whisky Paul John Edited
700ml BOTTLE
Paul John Edited is a fairly recent release in the line whisky proposed by Paul John, the well-known Indian distillery which in recent years has built a splendid credibility thanks to products of unquestionable quality and numerous important scores in international competitions. This Paul John Edited is a whisky produced with barley that grows on the slopes of the Himalayas and with the help of peat coming directly from peat it is possible to give a slight peat, a delicate smoke that goes perfectly with the flavors and aromas of Indian malt. Edited, from the name, refers to the slight modification made with the use of Scottish peat to the classic distillate of the Goa distillery: a step towards the diehards of peat who, especially in Italy, are a large number. The refinement in India, with the consequent significant annual evaporation, does the rest.
