The Penderyn Celt is Single Malt Welsh Whisky peat that has undergone a double maturation, first in American ex Bourbon barrels and then in barrels that they contained whisky peat which comes from Islay. This whisky Welsh has a Kosher certificate.

TASTE: Sweet notes followed by the smoky notes of peat, while the flavor of medicinal herbs slowly develops; finally a light bitter aftertaste that leaves a long and persistent freshness in the mouth.

AGING: Ex Bourbon casks and casks they contained whisky Islay peat.
