Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled by Mortlach and aged for 8 years in refill casks and independently bottled by Douglas Laing for the 'Provenance' range.
The "Provenence" range is characterized by the use of Single Malts from single casks (Single Cask); each region is distinguished by a package with a specific color linked to the distillery of origin (Provenance). For the whisky produced in Speyside red is used. All "Provenance" malts are not subjected to cold filtration and do not use colorants. Each bottle and each case bears the technical data sheet of the product, highlighting the date of distillation and bottling.
TASTE: Sweet notes of syrup, sugar and honey with juicy barley; subtle finish.
