Whisky Rest & Be Thankful Tomintoul 1995 Bourbon Cask
700ml BOTTLE
Rest & Be Thankful Tomintoul 1995 Bourbon Cask is a splendid selection by Rest & Be Thankful, a recent creation dedicated to the selection and packaging of fine Scottish single malts from single casks, in order to deliver the unique and proud character of the distillery of origin. In this case Rest & Be Thankful Tomintoul 1995 Bourbon Cask comes from the Tomintoul distillery in Speyside in Scotland, certainly one of the many unknown and difficult to find Scottish distilleries because they are committed to producing whisky of malt to be delivered to the companies involved in creating blended whisky.
Tomintoul is not well known because the bottles with the distillery on the label are few and above all with very different characteristics for refinement, age and selectors, giving the opportunity to know in a very superficial way a malt of great aromatic breadth. The selected barrel was filled in May 1995 and ended its refinement in August 2017, after an abundant 22 years.
