This distilled spirit from Sonoma County, California is made using a blend of unmalted wheat and rye malt. 2nd Chance in Italian means "Second chance", which in this case refers to the second maturation of the whiskey in casks that have contained rye Whiskey. The label does not have the word "whiskey" because the distillate does not reach the minimum three years of maturation.

TASTE: Cereals, spicy and citrus notes, toffee; in the final hints of caramel and raisins.

AGING: American oak casks and casks that have contained rye Whiskey.
