Talisker 30 Year Old Release 2021 is another wonderful bottling from one of the distilleries of whisky most famous Scots in the world: a well-deserved fame for a company that has been distilling since 1830 and has done a lot to export the beauty and taste of whisky more maritime Scottish, saline, iodized and finely peated. Bottlings with many years behind them are not so frequent because the strength of the young distillate is priceless and also because the demand for whisky of Talisker is so high that the owners (Diageo) prefer to ensure a constant supply of whisky young instead of holding aside a percentage of the production to release more often evolved bottles.

In this case it may happen that some miraculous casks are set aside for as many as three decades and are able to live a whole life in warehouses close to the Atlantic Ocean: a marvelous landscape that also has the advantage of giving the whisky some unique features. In addition to all this, as a natural consequence the number of existing bottles is very low, making this whisky suitable for the most demanding collectors.
