The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is the whisky more important in quantitative terms than the core range of Glenallachie, a small Speyside distillery in Scotland, protagonist of a qualitative renaissance that is difficult to imagine even just a few years ago. Billy Walker, the production manager, has put his ten-year experience to good use by selecting and combining the best barrels from the Glenallachie warehouses to create a whisky representative of the company philosophy, i.e. an important refinement in ex sherry casks for the most part, also being able to count on the absence of cold filtering and the absence of colourings.
