The first is born from the driest region of Australia whisky Australian marked "Straight". The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey è whisky of rye which is made using 100% unmalted rye grown on a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia.

The Gospel Straight Rye Whisky it is produced through a double distillation and then aged for at least two years in charred American oak virgin barrels from Kentucky, in the United States. The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey embodies the characteristics of the traditional whisky of rye while still showing an Australian identity.
