Waterford is a young Irish distillery that produces whiskey through an avant-garde project, which foresees the terroir as the protagonist, thus trying to underline the origin of the barley which will then be distilled and refined by the Waterford distillery. The Waterford distillery was born a few years ago in the Irish town of the same name and the project was designed to give a response to consumers in terms of traceability and uniqueness of the terroir, each of which gives specific characteristics to each whiskey produced here. In addition to this, energy sustainability is an important element for this company.
This whiskey Irish is the first Single Malt Irish Whiskey to be certified as Biodynamic; it is matured for about 3 years in various oak barrels, for a total circulation of about 21.000 bottles and an alcohol content of 50% vol.

TASTE: Spicy character; there is white pepper and dark chocolate, which combine with licorice and the malt notes of the biscuit. Warm finish with the spices that are the protagonists.
