Whisky Irish Single Malt patiently matured in first-fill ex Bourbon casks and aged in casks that have contained Quinta Da Boeira port. It is produced in small batches, not cold filtered and without the addition of colourings.

TASTE: Hints of dried fruit with spicy notes of nutmeg and black pepper, vanilla and toffee; sweet finish with dried fruit.

AGING: First-fill American ex Bourbon oak barrels and barrels that contained Porto Quinta Da Boeira.
