Here we are with a very particular bottle: we are in the United States, the country of choice when it comes to the distillation of cereals, thanks to the influence of Ireland with its many emigrants and the ability to do it yourself for decades, a period that culminated with the Prohibition. Speaking of whiskey in the United States it is impossible not to mention Kentucky, a symbolic state of the production of cereal distillate thanks to the many quality companies that still compete with the improvement of production techniques.

Yellowstone Select is made by the historic Limestone Branch Distillery, responsible for a few select and traditional products, with that taste for the simple version of things. In this case, the refinement takes place in the canonical virgin oak barrels and lasts at least four years, so as to be able to boast the Straight writing on the label. The alcohol content is kept higher than the canonical 40 degrees to increase its intensity and persistence on the palate.

The label takes its name from Yellowstone, the famous first natural park in the United States and a symbol of freedom and unspoiled nature. 

TASTE: Dense and compact, from honey to caramel passing through dried fruit, hazelnut and almond, vanilla and spices, for an intense and prolonged finish.

AGING: Virgin oak barrels.
