Appleton Estate 2002 Heart Collection is a special rum managed in a unique way: the Heart Collection is a project strongly desired by Luca Gargano di Velier (Italian importer) and Joy Spence, or the master Blender of Appleton Estate. The selection of the barrels is exclusively linked to the 2002 vintage with a production of 5700 already collectible bottles, knowing the unique ability of the actors involved. The rum in question comes from Jamaica and is distilled via pot still, then maintaining the cask strength to give the opportunity to taste every nuance of this unique delight.
