Ardmore 2010 Islay Cask 100 UK Proof Wilson & Morgan is a whisky selected and pampered by Wilson & Morgan, one of the most important independent bottlers in Italy. The task of the independent bottlers is the careful selection of whisky from various distilleries that sell their own barrels to give their point of view and tell another story of the same distillery. In this case Wilson & Morgan has selected some barrels of Ardmore distilled in 2010 and aged them until 2022 in barrels that previously contained the whisky peat of the Isle of Islay. Ardmore is one of the few distilleries in the Highlands to offer whisky peat and the refinement designed by Wilson & Morgan serves to further emphasize this characteristic.
