Arran Lochranza Castle 21 Year Old Vol.2 is the second volume of the Explorers series, a series strongly desired by the Arran distillery to celebrate and highlight the beauties of the island on which the plant is based. Since 1992 Arran has been proposing whisky of high quality that have carved out a fair slice of attention all over the world, thanks also to special bottlings such as this Arran Lochranza Castle 21 Year Old Vol.2. In this case the whisky it is aged for 21 years in ex sherry barrels of two types: the first is a hogshead barrel and the second is an ex Sherry Amontillado barrel from Bodega Tradition.

Arran Lochranza Castle 21 Year Old Vol.2 is dedicated to the castle of Lochranza, in the town of the same name and built in 1200 and still the nerve center of the city.

TASTE: intense, spicy and saline, of dried red fruit, cocoa and roots
