Bethan 2013 Sherry Oloroso Finish 2023 Wilson & Morgan is not a whisky like many others but it is the result of a careful selection by Wilson & Morgan, an independent Italian bottler and brand of Rossi & Rossi, struggling with some barrels from an unknown Scottish distillery. Wilson & Morgan reports that the selected barrels come from one of the oldest distilleries in the Highlands and there are two particularities, namely a final aging of about 15 months in barrels that previously contained Sherry Oloroso together with a slight peat that gives complexity to the Together. There are all the conditions for a great bottle to share with friends and try to solve the mystery.

TASTE: still spicy and smoky, notes of dried fruit and moist wood

AGING: in ex bourbon casks and finish in ex Oloroso sherry casks
