TASTE: Notes of white pepper, lemon zest and toasted almonds; full finish with citrus and persistent bonfire smoke.

AGING: Ex Sherry oak barrels.

Since 1895 Gordon & Macphail has been bottling single malt whisky Scotch coming from numerous and selected distilleries in Scotland. These Whisky Scotch wines are expertly aged using the most precious tool: 'experience' which, as with distillates, leads to a careful selection of barrels. Each cask has a precise destiny: in fact each one is combined with a new specific distillate, to create a Whisky Scottish complex, delicate and balanced, whether it is an 8 year old or a 70.
