Caol Ila is one of the most important distilleries in Scotland: we are on the island of Islay, home of whisky peated, and the distillery directly overlooks the sea, in an uncontaminated environment and in contact with nature, on one side the sea and on the other the luxuriant vegetation of the small Scottish island. Caol Ila was founded in 1846 and is now part of the constellation of Scottish distilleries owned by global spirits giant Diageo. Moch takes its name from the Gaelic word meaning Dawn, meaning the beginning of the day and the path of the gods whisky by Caol Ila. TASTE

Important impact dominated by peat, to then move on to prolonged smoking accompanied by deep spicy notes, without compromise. The citrus notes found on the nose are reiterated, with lemon, and then conclude on spicy notes of white pepper, hints of malty and dry biscuits, dry pastries and custard.
