The Chairman's Reserve Spiced starts from the original Chairman's Reserve aged in ex Bourbon American oak barrels. A clear example of molasses rum assembly with the addition of spices and fruits, based on the exceptional continuous and discontinuous method distillation techniques of the Saint Lucia distillery. 

Different spices are macerated in this rum. The most important infusion is the one with the Caribbean bark, well known and used in these areas, the Bois Bande with an intense flavour. Known for its aphrodisiac properties, it is instead used by the Saint Lucia Distiller to bring typically woody notes to the distillate. To this tanned rum, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves and also vanilla fruits and lemon and orange peels are then added after spending another six months in oak barrels.

TASTE: On the palate it is sweet, balanced and complex. A rich sensation of exotic spices, nutmeg, vanilla, cloves and citrus fruits emerges.
