This incredible Monymusk MMW 2015 7 Year Old rum is the result of meticulous work. A rum of extreme character, fully matured in the Monymusk distillery. Aging lasts for 7 years in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. During its maturation in the tropical Jamaican climate it undergoes an important evaporation, the so-called Angel Share phenomenon which, in this case, exceeds 48%. Therefore a limited production, of rare workmanship strictly without added sugar. The various aromatic nuances tending towards sweetness are acquired during fermentation. The project that Velier has created to give value to the entire rum creation process is visibly very clear on the label, from the distillation method to more technical information such as the brands that identify the different types of rum produced by the same distillery.
