Tomintoul Seiridh is a recent addition to the line whisky produced in the Scottish Speyside distillery, the densest area of ​​Scotland with distilleries. Tomintoul was built in 1964 in a fertile period for the whisky Scottish and takes its water from Ballantruan Spring. The peculiarity of the distillery lies both in the altitude of about 350 meters above sea level from which an extremely crystalline air derives. On the other hand, Tomintoul has decided to use very tall stills, defining its distillate as elegant and without angularity, making it suitable for palates of various backgrounds.

Tomintoul Seiridh is a whisky without age declaration that undergoes a double refinement: after having aged a few years in ex Bourbon oak barrels, according to the recent Scottish tradition, the whisky it spends a few months in barrels that have contained Sherry Oloroso. Seiridh is the Gaelic transposition of the word "sherry", signaling its peculiarity on the label whisky.

TASTE: Discreet intensity accompanied by notes of ripe fruit and cereals, cereal biscuits and spices. The sherry part gives sensations of dried fruit and small berries, echoes of cocoa and satisfying spicy aftermaths.
