Whisky XOP Black Bowmore Vintage 1995
700ml BOTTLE
Single Malt Scotch Whisky which was distilled on the Isle of Islay by Bowmore in 1995 and bottled in 2020 after 25 years in hogshead refill casks, thanks to independent bottler Douglas Laing. It is released for the "Black Series" of the XOP (Xtra Old Particular) range at the natural alcohol content of 46.9% vol with a production of only 302 bottles.

The XOP bottlings represent Douglas Laing's “family jewels”; only the best Single Casks of the Laing family are released with this label. Each expression is bottled as Natural Cask Strength and is presented in a new luxury black velvety packaging with gold foil details, to decorate the super premium Single Casks. Each bottle is hand-filled and features an embossed metallic label, glass stopper and handwritten signatures of Fred and Cara Laing.
TASTE: Perfectly balanced with muscovado sugar, jam and vanilla cream; persistent finish with smoke with warm oak spices.
AGING: Hogshead refill oak barrel.
