Whisky Koval Single Barrel Wheat
BOTTLE NOT CARTONED 500ml
Koval Wheat is a whiskey American Limited Release produced in small batches with a 100% organic wheat mash-bill. This expression pays homage to the wheat tradition whiskey Americans, also differentiating itself from the rest of the Koval range due to the high alcohol content. The maturation takes place in small new and carbonized barrels and is bottled at the alcohol content of 55% vol without cold filtration. This whiskey Single Barrel is certified kosher and organic.
TASTE: Decisive, dark chocolate acidity and soft notes of vanilla and toffee. Very long and fresh finish, with notes of red fruit.
AGING: New charred American oak barrels.
